Title: General Banking Activities Of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank, Hujupur Branch, Rajshahi

The Economy of Bangladesh is predominately an agrarian one and dependent on agriculture is considered to be the mainstay of the economic life of the people. 85% percent of people of our country are depending upon agriculture directly and indirectly. A major portion of National Income comes from agriculture and the development of this country depends upon the development of agriculture. But the financial conditions of the farmer of our country are not satisfactory. The farmers of this country were oppressed in various ways at the time of British Rule. The indigenous moneylenders and other landlords supplied credit to produce crops and for other purposes to the farmers and many farmers lost their belongings due to not repay their debt. They took “Dadan” from the moneylender and when they would repay the money with interest, they would become landless day by day. To ease this situation the Indian British Government introduced the Taccavi loan system.

Internship Guidelines

There will be a starting, report processing, and submission date of the Internship program which
will be decided and declared by the head of the department. However tentative dates may
be as follows:

Do's

  • Forwarding Letter (Issued by the department): During 11th Semester.
  • Duration of Internship: Three Months.
  • Internship Start: Within the second week of each semester.
  • Report Preparation: One week before final submission. A rough (hard) copy must be submitted to the supervisor for proofreading/correction. No soft copy is allowed.
  • Report Submission: Before semester final examination.
  • A permission letter from the organization is needed to start an Internship. A copy of the permission letter must be submitted to the department by the student or the organization.
  • A list of supervisors will be published at the begging of the semester.
  • Students must keep in touch with their supervisors on their own on a regular basis. The supervisor will not responsible to communicate with the student regarding the internship.
  • Students must have attached a copy of the certificate of the Intern organization in the report.
  • Evaluation process: Internship‐ 90 Marks and Attendance‐ 10 Marks (regular contact with supervisor)‐.
  1. Paper: A4 size, 80 grams white offset paper
  2. Font: Times New Roman
  3. Font Size: 12
  4. Alignment: Justified
  5. Margin Spacing : 1.5 (left), 1.0 (other than left)
  6. Number of Pages: 40 to 60
  7. Page Number: Put page number at the top right corner of every page

  8. Binding: Hard copy binding
  9. Number of Copies: One

  2. Collect necessary information, documents
